Where do I even start? I went in expecting a quick claim deed, and I ended up saving $45,000 because she caught something I had no idea about. She noticed a potential PACE loan issue and actually took the time to explain it. Long story short, she helped me fix a huge mistake and cut down my escrow by over $5,600 a year. Hands down the most professional experience I’ve had. Her response time? Spot on. And honestly, she’s just a genuinely good person. Couldn’t recommend her more! Thank you so much!
