Jacqueline Martinez Regueira is a transactional attorney concentrating her practice in complex real estate acquisitions, sales, financing and business formation. She represents institutional and private clients in all phases of the acquisition or disposition of commercial, residential, industrial, and vacant real property. Specifically in this area, Jacqueline assists clients with due diligence support including title analysis and development related matters. In conjunction with these areas, Jacqueline advises clients regarding the structuring and corporate formation aspects related to the acquisitions. Additionally, she represents clients in drafting and reviewing leases for both commercial and residential landlords and tenants. She represents institutional clients in relation commercial lending for various types of projects- real estate or asset based and represents both lenders and borrowers in loan and business transactions. Jacqueline served on the Code Enforcement Board for the City of Miami Springs for more than ten years and has also represented Clients in Code Enforcement related matters in numerous Cities in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
