Cristina M. Pelaez is a board-certified Real Estate Attorney who practices in the areas of transactional Real Estate, Estate Planning and Business Law. In the area of Real Estate, Cristina has represented both, foreign and domestic, individuals and entities in the purchase and sale of homes, commercial buildings and vacant land as well as represented institutional and private lenders with respect to both mortgage loans and asset-based loans. Additionally, she has represented local developers in the acquisition, financing, development, and sale of individual units to buyers. In the area of Estate Planning, Cristina undertakes a personal and customized approach to each client’s estate planning goals. Each client’s situation is different and estate plans are tailor made to meet the client’s goal without excessive and unnecessary documentation and cost. Lastly, in the area of Business Law, Cristina assists clients in the formation of business entities, the drafting of governing documents and the purchase and/or sale of existing business entities.
Cristina was born and raised in Miami, Florida and lives just outside the Redlands area with her husband and two children.
